Meet up at the caltex/redroster on Great Eastern (200m up from g/northern)at between EDIT 11am on Sunday 23rd, then leave to go to Mundaring/sawers Valley. I will be taking my jeep just in case you get stuck in the mud but most tracks are dry anyway. (I just don't have a buggy to take right now....cry). I will take straps but best if you have your own. Gnangara pines sounds really good to me. I spend a lot of time in there and there is a lot of tracks to check out. I was up Warbrook road on Tues, there is a lot of tracks that run off it, good sand hills to attempt etc etc. Oh I forgot to mention that it's 5 mins from my place.

If we go there we should find another meeting place. My house?

I think the Warbrook Road option is looking the best, as it's such a diverse area that's not too far away from civilization, whilst still being almost deserted, (so no through traffic) and Doug, it might be a change for you if you do the Kwinana area every other day... hehehehe....

Moose, I spoke with Andy today, he's too busy to make it on Sunday..
He said something about building a house:blahputting up walls:blahputting on a roof:blah:blah:blah.... Next time, if we can give him plenty of notice..

Any thoughts for a meeting place..??

We should gt a bit of a road cruise in up Wanneroo road before we hit the dirt. I know what you are saying though I'm close to the pines too, so is a bit of back tracking but should be a good day anyway.

lol.....luv it.

yeah it runs ok but need to do the timing. all I have done is advanced it till it pinged then back it off a little. but it still has a bit of mumbo anyway. it will just use 15 x more fuel then your car.....lol

Thanks for the welcome to WA Moose. I too am a bit dissapointed that we cant go out to mundaring, however as i am new to perth, just about any drive is an adventure, so i am looking forward to the pines as well.

Me and the Kombaru will see whoever is still keen in the morning :thumb
