Fenzix u seem intent on posting crap on this link. Is it that u are trying to divert the attention away from the fact that dodgy dealings are going on?

To Fenzix:

now u r deleting posts u made and editing silly comments? Go somewhere else man this is a little more serious than that so stop hijacking it to divert attention on the issue. Go chat somewhere else, u should know better.

I too would love to be able to access a website for an aussie seller. The great part about ordering parts from off a web page is that you can pick and choose parts at your own leasure put them in the shopping basket then look at the total cost with shipping and adjust your order at any time. you will know striaght away if the item is in stock which normally is always the case. So long as you can keep your order under $300.00 AUD then you won't get slogged with tax charges into the country.

Now I also buy parts over here but I dont know anywhere where I can go and get 100% of the parts on my list with out having to wait for parts to be ordered. usally from the states anyway. In my mind I can go home and know that I can place my order, and the items will be in the post on the way to me within a day or two at the most, with minimal delay.

Sure I am very aware of the aussie companys that in the last two years really have started to sort out the supply and demand of after market parts for your volkwagens, which is a step in the right direction, and prices are starting to come down. Hence I'm sure that the parts are starting to move of the shelves faster which is a good sign. But when building a full on restoration saving money can add up to more than a couple hundred bucks over the time of a resto. Also knowing that an order has been placed and shipped out makes for a lot less headaches than finding out that the local parts supplier hasn't even placed your order a week after you placed it with them. Thats so frustrating and can make you lose faith in that supplier fast.

I supose it all comes down to knowing what kind of service you want and knowing that you will be able to the parts in you hands in a time line that suits yourself.
