Where do we all work?

Hey ho. Thought it might be interesting to see where we all work, or what school/university we go to? I work at the 'Quality Resort All Seasons International' which is one of only a couple of Bendigo's 5 star motels. My position is Night Porter hence why all my posts are done in the wee hours of the morning. In the job i do anything and everything from cleaning, cooking, bar work, room service, reception work. Its a pretty cool job and there is always something to do. The best part of my job is when i sit at front reception to do paper work i have to look out and see my 62 beetle parked in the front entrance looking pretty flash under all the down lights, with all the chrome sparkling and the bumpers gleming. :thumb Its about now i come up with all the ways in the world to spend the weeks wage before i get it. :duh . Thats my $2. bucks worth. How about you?

Seem to recall doing this before, but I'll do it again.

Used to WORK as a carpet layer, but I've been EMPLOYED as a train driver for the last 18 years.

There's a hell of a difference.

Well my friends are gone & my hair is grey, I ache in the places where I used to play.

Well i am a VA = Vehicle Administrator & Stock Control for a Brisbane Car Dealership called KEEMA which was one of the first Dealerships to sell Volkswagens and now sell nothing like Volkswagens

I complete during the day minimum of 20 registrations, Stock Control of New and Used Vehicles as well as doing the other things that come with an office environment

I work at Darrell Lea Chocolates.. been working there since i was 15 (5 years) i now have a extremely bad chocolate addiction!!!!

Also go to uni studying arts not sure why im there.. after i finish i might go study some natural therapies!!!

decided to bite the bullet last year and bought our own business with my wife ( a restaurant) and sometimes wonder why did i spent money to work 12-14 hours a day , 6-7 days a week when i probably could've invest my capital into something where i could've generate an income without moving a finger.....i guess it's all about passion.....

I work full-time in a law firm in the city as a legal clerk and I go to Sydney uni part time to study law. I am hoping to change this situation in preference of full time uni and do a combined arts law degree and do a dip ed as post grad

I work for a community health centre ..... wooohooooo....
am a community health nurse, working for an outreach program for the frail aged.

I get to drive around and talk a lot the whole day. When there is work to be done, I get on the trusty old mobile and organise someone else to do it. I have been employed for my superior negotiation and delegation skills !!! hehehehe, that must mean I was a crappy clinical nurse ?!?!?!?!!?

I've got a cool job....

I am a purchasing officer for a large packaging company. I get paid to shop. Can't complain about that.

But the best part of my job is my RDO every second Monday.
