POR is a one pack polyurethane paint.

Thinners won't work once it has cured. I have soaked brushes with cured POR in paint stripper, no effect.

I have used POR15 and NOTHING will get it off, you have to wait till your skin basically sheds the stuff off.
Should take about 2 weeks.

You wait and scrub it with a nail brush every shower in teh hope that you can rub the skin a lot!!
Trust me, I have some on my hands and it looks so nice to meet people with what looks like grease under your finger nails! (my gloves leaked
