It wasnt a stupid idea by anyone, its a compatibility thing with IE. Firefox and Netscape are left justified, as well as opera... by the sound of it.
Just relax ppl. I'm sure it will be fixed in due course. Some people also work for a living.

to think about it. no that viewing sigs are an option for the member, why cant we turn it back on? is there any reason?

hey andy.
firefox isnt targeted by all those browzer hijackers etc so u dont get rerouted to some search site u didnt want to go to all the time etc.. u get less crappy pop ups all the time because all the annoying companys design stuff for IE not firefox or opera etc. u can open multiple windows inside the 1 main window and use tabs to flick between. it has a built in search function. and i find it simpler to use.......and it has nothing to do with bill gates which is also a plus.
seriously if u used it for a while i bet u wouldnt go back to IE.

I never get sent to any wierd search sites, I dont have trouble with pop ups, and I can flick through the different windows by the taskbar. Its really not much worth waiting for. UNLESS! you want to be able to customise your browser and add different skins. Its pretty good in the way it imports all your IE and Netscape favourites, history etc but to me it looks exactly like netscape 7 clone (which I have and which also left justifies, but is crap with gmail as is firefox)
You can get firefox at

...you're still centred on my screen and I looked at my preferences and I can't alter the script alignment...but yes my pages are slow to load now too
IE also tends to hog up lots of memory because you open many windows. Mozilla/opera use tabs within the window.
Jon
Get over it....at least the text is there🤓😍
tssnq.com.au
was over to the right on one thread I was just on!!! ARGH
....I found a thread with script aligned to the right of the box...anything else odd noticed as far as the new forum format you've picked up
Only serious stuff please guys :sandrine
New layout looks good, just a couple of little things. At least the site is up and running again, centre align is annoying and so is the contrast between the blue backround and the black text, bring back the plain white. Otherwise the site is looking good, keep up the good work, we really appreciate it.... DONT WE!
YES.....will HTML and BB Code be turned on ???
phatrat wrote:YES.....will HTML and BB Code be turned on ???
i agree. now that the forum offers the member the choice of viewing sigs or not, it should be ok to have it back.
Simply Cruzin'...
Should be fixed for everyone.
Tested in IE 6.0 SP2, Opera 8 - both of which had the problems. No problems with Safari and Firefox on Mac.
Andrew
Centered text is fixed. I've turned back on BBCode. HTML will never return - the code is actually now incapable of displaying HTML even if the option is on (which it is not).
Andrew
The bottom left hand corner of my pages are turned up...bugger if I can get them to sit flat.....:thumb
Other than that, all is good...thanks Andrew
awsome! looks alot better!
ps i found how to change colour schemes.
I cant get "Search all posts by this user" (or whatever its called) links to work?
When you edit a post, the "[edited by..]" thing goes on the same line and is preceded by "nn".... like this see
blah blah blah
My guess that in the php code it should have been a "/n" newline that was typoed to "nn"

Also, after I subscribe to a thread, I get the message I am being taken back to my subscriptions, but I dont get anything other tha a blank white page.
And I dont think that auto subscribing to threads I reply to is working.

Using what operating system? On my win2K, using 4 random websites, Firefoxes 4 tabs are using twice as much memory as IE's 4 windows
Why wont my freakin image load!

may we also have the users location displayed below the avatar box like b4. this is good as some peoples voices/opinions are reflected by which state they are from. ie RTA requirements between nsw and qld for example.
