Ummm.. i will say a sheetmetal worker.

I work in air cond and the dust manufacturers would/may be able to do what you want.
u2u me where you are and i can give you some names.

They wont stick it to ply.
Cheapest would be yo get some .5mm sheet and cut it out your self??

Should be able to buy a 8' x 4' sheet pretty cheap.
or maybe a aluminium??

You can get some thicker sheets of that???

Check out the laser cutting mobs, I know of one in chatswood and hornsby I think too.
They can cut any thickness of anything and in any way you want. Amazing to watch.

I went to a huge swapmeet at Fairfield showgorund last week and ran into
the guy who does louvres in decklids and such. He also can stamp the metal
doing text or designs. He is in wollongong and has this machine which punches out louvres. What a great gig he's got. Saw some of his work and its very well done.

I know hwere you can get it in wollongong.. Vollers. I used to work there. Most larger roofing places that make flashings would probably have it. For what you want, I would ring around scrap metal dealers and cut it with snips.
