Any one have any plans of a 3x2 house to fit a 400m2 block

I am looking at building a 3x2 house that would fit on a 400m2 block of land .Is there any web pages to select plans from good sites to look at ?

Have a look at your States building association web site u should be able to get some basic plans then just play with them to suit!

or get the software and do it your self http://www.blackmtnsoft.com/ this is just an example i havent used it!

im assuming 3x2 is 3 bed 2 bth!? on a 400 block your probably looking at 2 stories if u want a yard!

I am looking at all my options cars under to the side > living eating 1 level > kids room as far away from my room as I can .
