here is a pic finally. there'll be a proper write up on my site of course, but suffice to say it's tops fun. You can either push start it or use the pull start that is still on the motor. Unfortunately the throttle stuck a bit today and the back tyre is so old and hard that the motor wore a hole straight through to the tube so I'll have to change that before riding it again. The white specs everywhere are little bits of rubber off the back tyre. :duh

Aside of that it goes really well. The motor isn't working very hard at all and there's heaps more we can do to tune it yet. At 160cc it has heaps more in it yet. Apparently it's doing about 3500rpm in current trim but can comfortably do 9000rpm!. :thumb
Needless to say we'll be finding a way to gear it up, along with putting some proper brakes on it too. :P

here's the writeup on the site,

The cool thing is it was just sitting on the side of the road for free. All it needed was a carby kit and now it goes hard.

Mr Hip, do know of any good sites for hotup tips on these motors?
