I've just gone nuts on toasted sambos again as it's cold at the mo.

What's your fave recipe? Any special tips on making em better?

Mine currently are, turkey, cranberry sauce and cheese, or proscuito, sundried tomato and cheese.

Something really simple here - a couple of slices of jarlsberg, across the top of sliced mushrooms with some cracked pepper. For jaffles, put some 1 day old spag bol mince in!! Luscious.

i really dig the sweet ones...

fruit bread, spread on the grill side with butter and sprinkled with brown sugar and cinnamon, favourite jam inside.
and they really go down well with warm custard 😀
in the beginning, the universe was created.
this made alot of people very angry and is widely regarded as a bad move.

Good topic, food i take very seriously
If you like tuna ,
get a can of Sirena chilli tuna ,
sliced tomato salt peper and a sprinkle of sugar on the tomato,
good strong cheddar (vintage)
and the essential ingredients whole egg mayo, norganic i think. its a different leauge to kraft.
and some linghams chilli and garlic sauce ( good stufff) ,
Dont mind it with a grainy bread either
toasted slowly on a hot plate or frypan.
Crack a bottle of coopers pale ale and enjoy.
mmmm i could do one now

Roast chicken, sundried tomatoes, banana, bean sprouts and bitey cheese. Add a dash of chilli and something to wash it down with, then curl up on the lounge.👍

on a flat plate sandwich griller thingy, ham cheese and tomato.
In a jaffle maker, baked beans and cheese, or leftover taco mince or bolognaise sauce with cheese🙂
For desert, apple pie filling with cinnamon sugar.

Yep the good old toasted egg, bacon, cheese & bbq sauce sabo is my favourite, the sandwich maker cooks the egg just to my liking, nice and runny. mmmmmmmm.

For jaffles, can't go past the taco mince, bit of grated carrot, vintage cheddar, with a dipping sauce of good sweet chilli mixed with a bit of organic crushed tomato and some fresh chopped basil.
A POSSE AD ESSE.

I live in my own little world, but it's okay, they know me here.

Toasts, Ceffalo Graveria cheese (cheese used to make Saganaki) 3 large green olives, slice of lemon. Grill cheese and olives squeeze a little lemon after cooked . makes a good Pizza too.
