I noticed that also, and i was really disappointed. Especially when you see the disappointment in their little faces because they've put their hand out to shake the hand of someone they idol, only to have them to walk off. It would be pretty overwhelming up there with the crowd cheering, but still?
Good on the blokes who took that 2 seconds out to cheer up the young one presenting the medal. Afterall, that child could be the future of footy!

Yep, as I said when we were watching it Ash, I was a little p'd off... all they wanted to do is shake their hero's hand.
One bloke even just snatched the medal and hung it over his neck himself!

Not that i want to start an arguement but these guys just busted a guy to win the grand final! I reckon they were just a little carried away in the moment, I dont think they snubbed em on purpose. And, even though it doesnt make it right, the swannies did the same thing last year.
