no not 12a, mango has a type 4 turbo.
Wayne ran a 12a rotary many years ago in another apricot? coloured beetle

was this / is this purely air cooled? vws only? or open slatter?
how are competitors matched to each other? also out of curiosity...
and i assume there is some form of pre-entry? registration?
rollcage, helmets etc required?

Click here mate, tells you all you need to know but pre-entries are most likely closed.

Try this Nick.
Mike Kristen ran a 6.20(on a 6.20 dial in no less!), and that was quickest time of the day.
Mike Waldron ran a 6.26, but at a whopping 116mph.
Most of the other Quick 8 guys were well into the 7s or better at around
dg 90mph or better.

Perhaps Craig could list the qualifying times list for quick 8.

Yes, all that information is being sent to me by the Warwick Drag Club. I spoke to Jo Sinclair on Wednesday, and most of it has now been sorted for me to use. They were adding a list of drivers names to allocated race numbers, which would help me to determine quicker who was doing what.
