Is that because you like to replace your tyres every 10000kms? 🙂

I lowered mine about 2 splines and it's scrubbing from too much toe in..

those z shaped ones are available from red9design in the us. big big bucks, and when u think about it, its the same as running notched plates with extesions, just stronger i guess. ride will be no different.

Not really the same as notched as they also limit down travel and are stock width for strength.

You are right they wouldn't be cheap to get imported.

Thanks for the lead.

If BUGBOY can do them for $100 then we'd be all over them. Problem is these are cheap, not everyone can afford to pay to support locals.

Having said that, maybe if we get an idea of how many people are interested BUGBOY could lower the costs.

Those are not springplate extensions, they are adjustable springplates which are stock length. The springplate extensions he did were exactly the same as the ones you spotted on the samba. As i said there is NO thread, just u2u him if you want an idea of cost. Adjustable springplates help you to adjust the ride height, while spring plate extensions help you to adjust rear toe in/out. Springplate extensions wont make your ass low, they will stop it spearing off the road in the pissing rain, once it is lowered.
