frig something must be jammed in there good
theres 2 screws that holds the whole assembly in but if u cant get it to move at all ur not be able to get to them
its only plastic tho if u do break it another one shouldnt be to hard to find

Do you keep anything in there that could jam it up??
The is a wire spring you can see above that pushes backwards and there is a spring loaded cover that puses upwards on the actual tray.
Can only guess something is jammed
Either thumpit and see if you can dislodge something or you are going to have to drill the front away to get to those screws abd take the whole thing out.
