Me is ready, bring it on.

car forums. where a lot of peoples good intentions end up taking a good old car off the road forever never ever to see the road again. 🥲
I'll post the full list next weekend, but Wayne is bringing three cars - the oval, the hillclimb and the Vee.
Other good news - Chris Holland has made a full recovery from a nasty illness and will be racing his bug.
Hey Rose
Nice suit, I was going to ask if you had matching undies, but after the pictures that Ian posted a while ago, I realised that you don't wear any undies.

You is cheeky boy. By the way I do have a few pairs of red g stringers.
😂😂
Sorry for hijacking post back to drag racing now boys.
Hey Rose I thought women want it to last longer, it could be over in about 10 secs.

What's the colour code?
L620 - I am going direct gloss in this instance for time constraints (ie. single stage 2 pack) rather than base/clear. First coat of high build primer tonight, will need some repairs/rub down/reprime/resand before colour goes on!

If I get 10's I'll be stoked. I think maybe 11's.
Update first post
For those travelling from Brisbane via the Cunningham remember the airshow is on at Amberley.
There are already signs up along the Cunningham advising of arterial road closures and expected delays, plus there are road works on route as well. The Airshow gates open at 8.00 am so expect delays early. There is talk of 60,000 people attending.
Wow Stanley. 60 000 people coming to the vw drags? Craig must have done a big advertising push !

The above are personal views, no more, no less
It is a great airshow!!! Went to one a few years ago and it was awesome. F111's doing low altitude fly bys was my fav of the day. the noise then the heat and pressure from the engines on occasions was something else.

If it wasn't for the fact I see it everyday I might have had a harder time making a choice.
Big cheers to Brad for hanging around at work till around 2am last night to lend a hand.....good news is his "mystery bug" that will debut at Warwick is now painted. Now time to pull the front beam to weld in adjusters then reassemble the whole thing, quickly go through the brakes etc etc.....hopefully I'll get the final repairs done to my oval tonight and get it in the last coat of high build primer ready for its rub tomorrow and then paint!
Big cheers to my lovely wife for letting me spend so much time at work leading up to warwick 😘
when i saw that there was a cheer's to brad for working until 2 am.i thought that was the norm.i hope he wasn't payed overtime.lol.
it must be the name i bet he is a legend.
the only way to thank your wife is to send flowers a tap on the sholder is what got you in trouble last time.it happened to me twice.lol.
love your work, can't wait to see what you have done in the flesh.
down sharon.
No probs Al - it was worth it!!!!!
The drive home was a struggle and my insides are struggling from the 4th cup of coffe already today - but it was worth it.........as no doubt everyone will soon agree....
Break for today at work - pack the car with engine bits and bobs - back to Al's tomorrow for another full day....

Whats the cut off, how big could this be. Pitty we don't have this event in Sydney with such a great track to race on.
Warwick is a great track and the place has a really good atmosphere. Plus a great attendance!!
