The whole process is totally random. Nothing to do with Postcode or Last names, just random. Spoke to the tax department yesterday. I've got mine, but Bob hasn't got his yet. We live in the same house so there went that idea of postcode. He is a "M" and i'm a "S", there went that idea, so i just had to ask. It's more like a random jackpot.

I just got back last night from Thailand. jeez some really well restored Kombis and beetles there.
