Hi guys, i am in the process of planning to build a Volksrod. If any one has the spec's for a Linkpin Framehead eg the distance between the mounting holes, beam diameter etc as i currently don't have my car at home.

Regards,
Tony

Hi Tony. Sorry I haven't got back to you sooner. I have an early beetle arriving here at the end of the week (hopefully) so will be able to get some measurements to you.
Cheers,
Tim.

tubes are 52mm diameter.
cant tell you the spacing for link pin, but 120mm rings a bell for c-c distance.

Hi Tony, sorry I've been so slack. Dave is right with the 52mm diameter tubes, and mine measures up at 118mm from the centre of top to centre of bottom beam. The 4 mounting holes I measured from the centre of each hole. 290mm apart horizontally and 52mm apart vertically.
I hope that helps. Let me know if you need any measurements as I now have a couple of link beams here as stock so I can measure them easily.
