UPDATED 15/6 WITH ITEMS PENDING AND SOLD

EDIT: Realised I have the manifolds for the IDF's and added roller pedal assy & j-tubes.

I'm selling a few bits I've been hoarding for a while but can't see myself using in the near future, need to raise some cash to get my squareback interior through customs, forgot about that!!

1. Stock 85.5 pistons and cylinders, new in box $200 (pending)
2. Engle TCS10 turbo cam, new in box with lube $120
3. Bugpack HD single valve springs, new $35 (Sold)
4. Pair of 36IDF's with manifolds that have been lightly ported, probably just match porting (before I got them). I bought them on here a few years ago, was told they were jetted for a 1600, I've never run them. No linkage or filters. Carbs and manifolds only $330 (Sold)
5. Bosch Type 1 alternator, was bought new a few years ago and only used for about 3 months, good cond, still has 40Hp fan attached to it $120 (Sold)
6. Berg type rubber mounted mid mount $100
7. Type 3 dash for a 72-73, has been recovered in beige, I assume it is vinyl paint over black $150
8. Oval roller pedal assy, painted a wonderful shade of red by a PO, $100 (Pending)
9. Kadron j-tubes, new $40 for the pair (Pending)

I have a couple of stock carbs and distributors lying around in the shed off various early beetles, let me know if you want some details on them.

I thought I had some photos of this stuff but can't find them anywhere, will try and get some on here over the weekend.

With nothing better than a standard tape measure at hand, the cylinders are around 89-90mm at the case end. Standard 1600 engine size.

The j-tubes are 1 3/8" diameter, they should be OK for anything from a 1600 to 1916 or so.

I don't think so, later pedals mount to the floor but the oval pedals are mounted to the tunnel without fixings under the accelerator pedal.

Cheers,
Greg

Do you have the longer studs for the mid mount?

No I don't, all I have is what is pictured, this is how it came when I bought it from another member on here.
I guess a fastener place like coventry etc would be able to supply the longer studs?

Hi Gav,

Looks like about $22 postage mainly due to weight.

Cheers,
Greg

C'mon kids gather round,
there's a new sensation hitting town,
It's moving straight, low to the ground,
it'll pick you up when your feeling down.

Yeah if you like the red so much you can take the steering column cover back for your own piece of redness!! I'm sure it will look awesome on your oval
