Vlad, the colour is known as BBM (Bright Blue Metallic), there also a variation called DBM (Dark Blue Metallic)

Mid 60s I think, its from the samba archives.
Notice the oval dash board.
It was a "safety" upgrade for better vision as well as the tightasses trying to make their old bugs look like new ones 😂
