Is that a VALID time with a RED light ???
Wow, do you have to WIN as well as running the number to make the AVD fastest times?
Geez, you're hard - I would be proud to run and flaunt that time card to anybody that understands Drag Racing
(on-ya Dave, I greatly admire your engineering and dedication)

Was that 139.7 mph Wayne ? Your car clearly has nines in it if its running near as buggery to 140mph.....
Just stoked to see so many quick veedubs in oz !

yes Doug , it was 139.70mph and yes it will do 9's also . My turbo oval is going on a diet before Sydney VW Showdown 2013 as it is over 100kg heavier than Ben Fords bug due to the fact that it is a street car with a big engine , and Ben has just given me the incentive I needed to push a little harder . Engine work has also started on the new engine case

Thanks Matt,
I'm very happy considering I have been doing all my tuning on the street without the use of a dyno.
A/F numbers were all very safe and conservative on the day so I know it still has some more in it.
Cheers Leigh
