Bob Jerginsons old car for sale

Camo · 2012-07-13T12:08:34+00:00

This really surprised me to see this on ebay. Older long time members of Club VeeDub will know this car and unfortunately the original builder (my old school mate) passed away about 2 years ago at 43. Not sure if anything has been altered since I last saw it, but all I can remember is saying how much I would love to own this car. Others will be able to tell you more about it and whom Rob (Bob) sold it to etc. I recall it had a wicked motor in it though. http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/1971-Volkswagen-Beetle-Yellow-M-/160843475001?pt=AU_Cars&hash=item257304a839 This is a photo of the car at Rob's funeral, it was brought along in his respect and for his family members to see it again. Can this please be left in this section out of respect of an old friend please. Thanks, Kev P.S. I have no affiliation with this sale. P.P.S. As per the rules Car located at 151 Parramatta Rd Homebush 2140 NSW 1300 259177 $24999 obo

For those that are interested

I contacted the owner's brother about 10 days ago and had a chat about what we are thinking
He was unsure what the family were doing with the car but said he would put it to them and would be in contact if there was any interest
I can only assume that there is no interest.

if it changes I will start a new post

I hope they do show interest, it would mean the car ends up with a Dub Head
